Again, can you please tell me which character has done this with CoA before ?
You can still attack without touching with coa we have seen this before when luffy learns ryou...It's the same thing as this one...And I think Rayleigh showed luffy armament haki and attacked the wild animal from a distance...So yah it can be adv coa...I am not denying the possibility of CoC..Oda has to confirm it then only it's plausible.

Don't put words in my mouth.
So let's start from the beginning:
I'm not putting anything on your mouth. WTF?

Yea but who sent doflamingo flying towards the ground with such force that it destroyed half of dressrosa? What you are saying makes no sense man. Also KKG had to break through Doffy's strongest defence and then send him flying.
That "defense" was shit. Bird cage would be relevant. KKG had no resistance against Doflamingo last attack.

What I'm saying is for example Sanji vs Queen. Queen large size and heavy body is what made all those holes at Onigashima when sent flying. Sanji last attack wouldn't have made it the same way. Although it was the attack that sent Queen flying away.

You literally just said Garp had Adv CoC in his attacks. Adv CoC IS SUPPOSED TO NOT TOUCH. that's how it works man, if it touched then it wouldn't be Adv CoC and it wouldn't be as strong as it is
Yes but there are different distances of no touching. Look at Galaxy Impact. He is several meters away from the ground. When Luffy and Kaido are hitting each other their no touching effects are one meter apart at most.

Have Garp hitting from the same distance with the same no touching size effect he is pulling in Galaxy Impact and the blow would be of unseen proportions.

I have no freaking idea how you interpreted that from what I said. What I said was that "Galaxy divide" was a AOE attack. meaning it's not aimed at a single target and so it has less potency than KKG which is targeted at a single person.
I'm arguing here that comparing attacks power based on it's AoE is not a good measure of their power.

Take DR Pica for example. His AoE is bigger than Luffy's G3. Yet G3 overwhelms him.

I respect Oda's desire to treat the cast of characters outside the crew well, strength-wise, but hopefully he does better in making their growth seem authentic or give us some indication they're approaching a certain level.

I don't know, as iffy as Luffy's growth is at times, atleast we see him struggling to learn abilities then hone his skills overtime in battle or in training. Characters just busting out crazy stuff seems a bit underwhelming but I guess at this point he'll want to distinguish the Conqueror's and doesn't feel he needs to show them approach any level in strength since Conqueror's can't be honed in training.

I like Koby and his dreams and dedication have always been great. Nothing out of the ordinary with him being a Conqueror, he just has certain traits some don't respect but nothing going against him being a Conqueror. Having the guts to stand his ground against Akainu was always gonna bear fruit down the road.

This is assuming that that was Conqueror's, of course. If it was just great armament, I'm even more confused cause an armament haki bloom of that degree or Koby just always having that seems strange.

As for the characters kinda getting snubbed, I just hope he treats them well enough in the future. It's never too late.
