Yes. And some Africans today may think that Russia / China are way better than the Europeans but they're wrong, anyone who comes to your country to steal your resources and wants to influence your culture has ulterior motives that are not beneficial for you.
If Africa grew their own crops for example and if traditional herder lifestyles were not under persecution, the lack of Ukrainian grain wouldn't affect Africa.

Dont be so sure.China and Russia want to militarize Latin america for example.Africa might get a shot if the tables change. Europpeans were poor and undeveloped in the medieval ages compared to the Arabs.Now its the other way around.

Naah you can't really adapt that quick. I see tourist in my country applying Sunscreen like they will get cancer next moment the step out in sun and then there's me playing cricket or football around 12-3 PM with no problem.
