About thay powerful person.. or it is Kizaru, but it is somewhat expected and a repetition since he is already there from a bit of time since he could fight Sentomaru or it could ve Saturn, more likely, but the problem would be how can Luffy perceive he is strong from pretty far while Sabo could see nothing even if he was very close to him (and other 4 beings similair to him), either Sabo is inferior to Luffy in this department (it could be sinply voat or other MC restricted perks) or simply Saturn doesn't care anymore since he was discovered so he doesn't hide his power (if that concept is even present in OP).

As expected Kizaru can bypass defense system with his light logia. Luffy is 99% referring to him, with yata no kagami he should be close to them initiating the offensive
