Strange decision by Oda to have Kaido face the attack head-on. Luffy planned to grab onto Kaido to prevent him from dodging the massive punch; however, this Luffy's plan was foiled because Kaido made him let go when he entered his Flaming Bagua state. Thus, Kaido could have chosen to dodge and subsequently kill Luffy with an attack, but he didn't.
The truth is, Kaido would have also overcome Gear 5; even though Luffy won the clash of finishers, he fell at the same time Kaido landed on the magma chamber. Both fell simultaneously, and only after the magma explosion was Luffy's victory declared. This could mean that, similar to the bombs, an external factor removed Kaido from the fight.
Wano was already way too long to have anything else hence why oda didnt give neither kaido nor linlin an awakening.
Wano ending fights were trash and extremely plot convenient imo.
Queen screaming like a retard vs sanji instead of using his invisibility till sanji runs out of steam.
King dominating zoro with his zoan form until he started to engage head on like a retard on his human form and never used zoan dragon form again.
Big mom forgetting she could use ACoC, zero use of CoO and absence of awakening despite having the fruit for 50+ years.
Kaido heading straight to bajrang gun when he could have dodged it and hit luffy with the flaming dragon from both sides, behind or from above.
Not to mention kaido using FS once and never again.
Extreme plot convenience on all decisive fights toward the heroes as usual for shonens, i dont even know why i get disappointed with this because its always the same regardless of the show lol.
