At this point this is like asking who you liked more among the fodder okama Mihawk sliced during Marineford.
Carrot was some kind of minor temporary nakama among many others, she had a bit of light in WCI and now that tiny light is pretty much non existent, in Wano we just spotted Carrot here and there looking at the background, and you needed to pay a lot of attention to details to actually spot her.
Chopper on the other hand is becoming more and more the shell of what he was. Pre skip he was a solid character but right after it Oda transformed him in a kawaii mascotte to parade here and there with new funny costumes (royal Chopper during Zou, hat of Law etc), give him a couple of medic moments to leave at least an aura of what he was. And Chopper fans being insecure about Carrot stealing his position nd role shows exactly the sorry state Oda reduced his character to.

Oda isn't the type of people that would throw a character in trash like that. Any real One Piece's fan should knew how wise and hardworker he showed be by his contact with public over his career.
And the plot of Punk Hazard to Totto Land was about history development. The real action time is starting now in Wano. Chopper had 0 character content during that times simply because weren't right times for it,but Oda didn't losed his way with Chopper no way.
The matter is: Who you think has more potential from now on,Chopper or Carrot?

(y)Oda transformed Chopper in a kawaii mascotte becuase he knew that would have been good for sales and mangavrelated stuff. Chopper was just the best candidate so here it is. Why everybody grew after the time skip (be it by ripping or growing 3 sizes) Chopper regressed physically to look like a mascotte because that was and is what Oda wanted and did to him.
At this point his last serious fight was.. Dellinger during Fishman island maybe? And at that point there were just SH. Imo it would be good at this point if he gets another fight like that considering how stuffed is Wano.
Don't worry about Carrot, she is about to leave the crew after Wano, she already fulfilled her role and that is why she is sidelined, a bit of hype fight wise at first, fanservice with Nami, introduce the sulong and make us curious about stronger minks forms and with that she was done. Not even a fair fight. Chopper's been around since Drum Island and we've only know Carrot for a few arcs. That said I'll take Chopper over bunny girl and day of the week. He's got years worth of character development, I prefer his fighting style to Carrot's, and his monster form isn't as restricted.

I'm a person that,unlike many others,can call myself of a real One Piece's fan,because i have the needed respect to with Eiichiro Oda and what he does,and i really know how enjoy everything he does.
Don't worry. Chopper overcamed Sanji and Jinbe during Time-Skip,will show it in the war soon and after Wano ends,he'll be far stronger than current Katakuri.
Peoples praise Carrot by destroy Daifuku's fleet when she not even did that in close combat. What she did was fly away of Daifuku's attacks and make him destroy the fleet while tried hit her.
Calgara and Kyros can destroy ships in open sea endlessly better than Carrot.
