Luffy said he will defeat Kaido, Big Mom then Orochi so Orochi is the last villain to be defeated in Wano. Kaido would fall first followed by Big Mom.

Right now Big Mom is the only Big Mom Pirates in Onigashima while her crews have trouble dealing with waterfall. If I get this right Luffy and co would fight Kaido while Big Mom spends the rest of her time chasing Chopper and Usopp which would lead her to Marco or others alliance.

After Kaido is defeated exhausted Luffy and co would fight rampaging Big Mom and Marco would help them and this might be the time Marco uses Flame of Rebirth which Oda hinted in SBS.

After Big Mom is defeated Orochi might be dealt with by Scabbards. Momonosuke might be the one to defeat Orochi with Hiyori with Scabbards help.

While Smoothie and others reach Onigashima, the era changes with the defeat of Kaido and Big Mom just like Marco says when he knocks Big Mom Pirates ship: "By the time you make it up here (Onigashima) the age of yours might change (the change of age because the defeat of Kaido and Big Mom by the time Smoothie and the others make it to Onigashima)."
