This is a silly take

A much more basic need than having a roof over your head is food and water, but I assume you don't think the local deli guy is as much of a POS than your landlord even though he profots off of a much bigger basic need?
Damn, are you actually comparing a deli guy to a landlord? The deli guy who actually runs a business and usually has to pay rent himself compared to the landlord that simply owns and collects rent? Talk about uneducated takes.

The landlord owns the building and had to invest and make his money to pay for and maintain that building in order to make some money back.

Nobody is calling them saints, but just because someone doesn't have the means to own their house doesn't mean they should dump on those that can and choose to rent those houses out.

Listen, I made it clear. If you own one or two places that you're renting out I don't see a problem with it. But when it comes to actual guys that rent for a living in the form of having apartment complexes and shit then I take issue. I know a guy who own 2 apartment complexes and 3 whole street blocks in Long Island that he rents out. The mf is almost a billionaire and a gigantic piece of shit, those are the guys I take issue with, not your grandma that's renting out her old beach house.

I know, mines too. But that's just one habitation. When you own a building you own multiple flat, multiple habitation, its a completely different scale.
I define a house as a building tbh. Is there a different definition for building where you live:tchpepe:
this sounds like nuance. but c4n said there is no nuance regarding this. so fuck off you nazi scumbag =D
If a mob ransacked and burned down my parents' house they'd have a hard time explaining to me that they did it for fighting the government :kobeha:

@Logiko you were having a hard time believing me so I'll clear some stuff for you

even tho I struggle to fulfill my basic needs I m still a middle class citizen

the flats are completely useless to me as they don't make me any money

the argument of men naturally stronger then women is so dumb

it's argued by right wingers who think that trans people should not compete in sports

but if men are so much naturally stronger why dont anyone of these right wingers go and fight a female mma fighter

also there are plenty of contexts where a female can beat a man say if it's a eldery man aged 80 to 90 like joe bidem, he'd get folded by any women who's like 20 or 30

same goes for any young males ie boys, a woman can easily beat up her sons hell it happens all the time with mother spanking their male children

I have barely seen it , Like over here , it's the generational Property passed down to them and they are making living out of it.
It's such a lazy way of making money.
There is nothing lazy about owning multiple buildings and having to deal with legal and fiancial issues that come with it. Landlord has bills to pay and entire buildings to keep in order via maintence.

I know my landlord and dude is sweating bullets when it is his time to pay the bills. 1-2 rents short and dude is in series of troubles
