- Everyone receives a call from Hal Emmerich who informs you that it looks as if Metal Gear Rex is going operational and that as of tomorrow it could be on line and ready to launch.
- He informs you that that Problem #3 can no longer be locked - but has managed to ascertain that it will be the final problem that needs to be solved.

Upon the death of 'The Usurper' - you have the option to attempt to recruit a Hero to become a Patriot. They will retain their powers, plus gain any powers that were previously held by the traitor Revolver Ocelot.
