If we put aside the 6 paths juiced up characters, only Hashirams should be able to tango with OP top tiers

The levels between OP and Naruto top tiers is huuuge. I'd say Naruto top tiers are more comparable to OP high tiers.
It is different when it comes to Naruto god tiers but that's the moment when the powerlevels skyrocket to extreme levels when the same god tiers created moons, or wanted to throw said moon at the planet to destroy it (basically a Majora's Mask move). It is also said that Otsutsuki travel through planets, steal its life forces and absorb their energies. Like, I'd understand if people said they are on a completely different level because it's simply true.
