Show a little bit of intellect... One Piece characters dont speak for themselves, Oda writes their texts. And Oda would never disrespect an experienced Admiral who has shown much knowledge and wisdom often enough (and is based on one of his fav actors) with being a childish shit talker who doesnt know his own strength.
