Definitely but Oda didn't take so many breaks when he wrote Marineford. It is not about quality, it is about investing energy in unnecessary stuff other than manga like film red and LA. Wano climax was dogshit because of film red.

Nah, it is stressful when you put fingers in everything. He can simply focus on manga while leaving other stuff to other staff. Or hire assistants who can help him in manga.

Regular 3 week breaks are fine but external stress like LA, movies are more damaging than manga. These are the reasons for unwarranted breaks.
