Ugh no since kakus only devasting attack was the attack blocked earlier by a sleeping Zoro. Added with the fact that Zoro was using his weaker moves. While Luffy was using king king Kong gun and Kong organ while lucci was using rokougun lol

Didn't use King Kong Gun, only used Kong Gun and Kong Organ

Lucci did use Rokuogan though... (his strongest attack)

Zoro used Purgatory Onigiri and Death Lion Song, neither of which were shown to be inferior to any of base Kaku's moves

Comapring base regular slashes? Probably. Where Zoro outshines Kaku is in Haki and especially CoC. Kaku is probably low Yc1 as well and superior to pre Wano power up Zoro - just like Lucci is superior to pre Wano power up Luffy.
