the man who beat Kaido lost to Lucci and turned old man
And Lucci still thinks the man who beat Kaido is too weak to be an emperor
He obviously didn't lose to Lucci.
And Lucci was salty and denied Luffy's status as an emperor so he could still go after him without the Government stopping him. The reality is that he was thinking to himself that Gear Fifth had an insane power, that he was absolutely outclassed during the fight, that he was spitting blood while recognizing he was losing consciousness...
...and that was casually stated to be his inferior by Luffy himself (the same Luffy who was dead serious at stopping him because he fully acknowledged his dangerousness, which by the way won the match; Luffy doesn't simply find him dangerous anymore), with Lucci later conforming himself with the "second of an Emperor crew" instead of reaffirming his "priority" of killing Luffy?
Not only isn't Zoro obliterating Lucci with the ease Luffy showed, but Lucci isn't acknowledging Zoro's insane power the way he did with Luffy.
You have a seriously twisted understanding of this story and it's borderline disfunctional at this point.
