Sanji is the opposite of his Germa brothers, IMO. They are just pure ruthless, emotionless killing machines.
Emotions are WHAT MAKES Sanji a killing machine.
When Bonney gets hurt by Saturn, Saturn will feel it. Sanji beating a Gorosei would be incredibly stupid at this point, same with any other Straw Hat, unless it was a collective effort.
But, he'll do some damage, definitely. Sanji hates the idea of turning humans into weapons of science, and hates seeing women abused. Saturn is all of that, and he's going to feel the passionate heat of the Straw Hat's cook.
