Transferring haki from body to weapon is a step above from using haki on the body.

You realize Oars Jr has more physical strength than 50 Doflamingos combined and he still got no-diffed? Doffy literally solos the entire Tobi Roppo.

In a 1 v. 1 Oars Jr > Ulti, and his bounty = Ace.
