Luffy and Zoro hard carry to make up for Weakling trio. EOS Zoro strongest Swordsman ever above Ryuma and Roger. While Luffy going to be PK++ level. They have to hard carry the crew. Rocks had like 4 CoC users and if it took betrayal and other BS like not working together made them lose. It shouldn't have to take that when Marines/Garp, HK, and Roger pirates. Oda basically nerf them by making them not like each other to justify them losing. Thats insane.
No SH have to surpass them IMO. Luffy>>Rocks is a given cause he will probably beat BB and Imu and main character EOS tax is crazy they always overpowered. EOS Zoro>Rocks WB EOS Sanji is where the drop off might come. Who knows if that bum can surpass Rocks BM or Rocks Shiki
