No. Zoro from feats is 1 % above King who is 1 % above Marco.
Zoro still struggles with Enma yet Oden wielded it as if it was a toy. Zoro himself said it.
ATM Zoro is YC1 or, with DBZ-style Zenkai boost, YC1+ approaching admirals but yet hasn't shown enough to be on their level. In a rematch with King or against Marco or Katakuri he would still struggle high/extreme diff while a yonko would win more comfortably mid/high diff.
If I'm allowed to bounty scale I could see Oden being worth 3B, clearly above YC but just at the entry level of the yonkos who are 4-5B (we all know Luffys, Laws, Kids and Buggys bountys are wrong and Mihawk lacks a crew for threat).
But I of course see Zoro surpassing Oden in the arcs to come.

The other Yonkou don't even have a statement that puts them above Kaido. So it's your headcanon to say that other Yonkou > Kaido when it's explicitly stated that Kaido is above them all.

Not against them, he could just not showup and not give his all. Fujitora>garp easily in that regard, he will never show up just to fight some pirates, he will also use the oportunity to make the world government regret and stop doing those tournament by letting the xock pirates wrech havoc before stopping them kinda like what he did with shishibukai and dressrosa.
