Speculations I don’t think Roger and Garp fought Rocks together

Your opinion doesn’t matter, when will op fandom realize that what they perceive as facts just doesn’t matter at all. I don’t give a fuck if y’all think it was a 2vs1, it just wasn’t and it doesn’t make sense to have been because Roger is the goal-post for Luffy so he should be the strongest pirate ever by defeating rocks here.

I believe it was a 2v1 because that’s just Oda’s M.O.
He doesn’t like direct decisive fights between top tiers and either goes the 2v1 route like with Garp & Sengoku vs Shiki…or sabotage/interference.
Basically, Oda probably thinks it diminishes Rocks if Roger beat him alone. He wouldn’t even let Oden have a clean defeat.

Big Mom & Kaido were implied to not yet have been in their primes during God Valley.
I'd assume the same with Whitebeard and, by extension, Roger as well.
It's possible that Rocks was in his prime while Roger & Garp were still growing. And that could be the justification for them 2v1ing him.
But still, it was never necessarily implied that it was Roger & Garp vs. Rocks himself.
It was Roger's faction + Garp's faction (+Garling's faction) versus Rocks' faction. There are a fuckton of ways it could've gone down.

They did not fight and also Roger is stronger and this is becaue he was not prime and everyone else was prime and that makes sense so he was definitely better at that time and then later became stronger while everyone else remained weak or declined which makes Roger the strongest pirate to ever live and Rocks was just a normal pirate and not as strong because he lost to Roger when Roger was not even prime and then the whole bus clapped.
I believe we got our answer this chapter. Rocks crew had at least three different factions with different directions and goals which lead to their downfall

So it's fair to say Rocks crew is impossible to beat if united but they had infighting and those factions are not unbeatable.
Their crew is really a lot like Oceans 11 or The Expendables, best of the best, but it could easily turn sour if they can't find a common goal and leader.
