You see, Flower has claimed that she is a Miller, which normally can be speculated as town in most set ups and is imperative to declare. The problem is that we have all designed our own roles, so her inclusion and her announcement of her passive is entirely a self created scenario. We can speculate that there may be valid reasons to implement a miller passive into her Hatsu. For example, it's possible Flower is imposing a restriction on herself in order to strengthen her ability. But when questioned, she merely stated it was for fun

Prior to her response, there are three plausible scenarios available

A) Flower is Town and willingly turned herself into a Miller
B) Flower is Mafia
C) Flower is an indie

Based on Flower's response and knowing her penchant for not liking suspicion, scenario A) becomes
