there are 8 scum, 3 indies and 20 townies at the start of the game

i don't know if the 8 scum are one faction or two factions though, most likely two factions of 4

8 scum = 100% two different mafia teams.

There devil may care attitude towarsds the thread, in which they dont seem to be trying to be town read. They arent trying to pocket players, they arent trying to feign townie progression; there shockingly upfront with there abilities and genuine. Townie.

Did Fuji tell you that? Because evolving should change repeatedly over the course of the game- having anything is the definition of truly neutral. I can see the angle though.

Again, why? We have 8 scum to catch, they're bound to be all sorts of busted so I have every reason to believe a focus on Indies is going to prove to be detrimental.
