I don't hate Koby, but I love Smoker so much more, and I really though Smoker would be the Luffy's Garp.

I view Koby more as Dragon; someone who wants to change the Marines, but from the inside.

If Smoker unlocks CoC I feel like so many people would be pissed off.

Do any of these really prove anything? The chapter before was sad as hell, too, literaly genocide.

You could be right, I'm just saying, do these reactions actually prove he has the chapter now?

It could just be driving up hype, like marketing campaigns for video games that have nothing to do with the actual fucking video game (shout out to Halo 5 Guardian Hunt the Truth)

No no, he does have the chapter. He has already posted actual hints on Saturday.

He gets the chapter very early from his friend but he does not spoil it quickly so his friend does not face any problem.
