Definitely with MHA, Hori has had to take multiple breaks with absolutely severe health issues multiple times. I've heard Gege had to with JJK too. Hori was only able to do a 7 page chapter recently, was doing a chapter every 2nd week and also was going down to 14 page chapters on average IIRC.
