Because she was dying anyway, it doesn't matter for them to keep her up.
So they let her go knowing she would die anyway, which she does in the end.

If you were previously anime only, worth reading the manga chapters so you know what's filler and what's canon.

Still you cannot demean Kuma just by saying that Ginny was raped. Kuma was turned to a cyborg, deprived of his memories, emotions and et al. Kuma doesn't have it lesser than Ginny in anyway or form.

WB didn't want to go to Wano to avenge Oden because he knew there would be mass casualties. Dragon going to avenge Ginny will lead to widespread annihilation. Theres a reason why he has waited until now to declare war.
