Dragon did nothing when Ginny was kidnapped. Dragon did nothing when WG turned Kuma into a slave he is right now. Dragon did nothing when Sabo was captured. Dragon did nothing during the whole Reverie.
Luffy, CP9 took Robin away from him, he invaded Ennies Lobby and told Usopp to burn the flag. Big Mom took Sanji from him, he invaded WCI, got Sanji back, and defeated 2 of her Sweet Commanders. Navy tried to execute Ace, Luffy tried to save him rather than doing nothing.
Comparing the 2 fucks of Garp and Dragon to Luffy is nonsense.
At 9 years old she made it to Supernova while Sanji didn't.

Okay bro, there are two vast differences: genetics =/= characteristics. Luffy has obvious genes from Dragon and Garp, it is a fact.
But it doesn't mean that Luffy is automatically the same like them.
Children do not inherit the crappy traits from their parents.

They came up with plan to save him and he then ran away when they did , also when did sabo get capture .
Dragon does shit by giving orders , growing the revs and making plan and that why starving the CDs and now revs such a big group .
Also you can't compare luffy or even the SH to anyone in manga cause they has super plot armour .
Any one else punch CD on SB Ray and kuma won't be coming to save there ass or get leave alone by Kuma after fighting moria .

Luffys genetics is kinda fodder bro. He spent timeskip training with Master Rayleigh. He started timeskip pretty strong, while rest of the crew didn't experience Amazon Lily / Impel Down / Marineford, Luffy got stronger in all 3 arcs.
Yet he left timeskip as fodder. No FS, no awakening, no advanced CoA, no advanced CoC.
Lucci whom was previously defeated by EL Luffy, and not being trained with anyone, left timeskip with advanced haki and awakened DF.
People need to stop thinking as if Luffy or Monkey D. family as super strong, prodigy, etc. They aren't all that.
