Recently I’m doing a shit ton of grip and forearm strength, varies but mostly 2-3 days a week
Started doing Cardio recently, hitting 3 days with steady state and one hiit
They forced an update on CSGO to be "CS2" now but its free to play, replaces CSGO in your library and they have a "premium matchmaking" where you can pay to be in a seperate queue to the "free normie players" lmao. I dont even think EA or Activision do that kind of shit?
Counterstrike 1.6 and Source still have an absolute ton of players AFAIK, still some of the most played games on Steam I believe, speaks volumes really. Same with TF2 too ofc.
Counterstrike memes and funny videos are something else too haha.
in bulk4500 on off days ,5000 on training days,gaining weight for me was pretty hard ,fast metabolism and physically demanding work are the main reasons for that.
If i had an office job maybe 3800-4000 would do the trick as well maybe
food ,80/20 ,80% clean 20 %dirty kinda self explaining .I would not be able get down this much of only clean food,and simply don‘t have always the time to prep my meals
