Give Fields an actual coaching staff, and see what happens.
If they let him run the ball at the end of the game, the Lions lose, IMO.
The Bears ran their offense to maximize Fields' strengths the entire game, until like the last 10 minutes. Absolutely baffling.
The coaches knew exactly what worked and stopped doing it the moment they needed to most. I still think Fields has a higher ceiling than Goff, but he needs a solid offensive coaching staff around him. Even if it's not a Superbowl Winning level staff, get Fields coaches that know how to develop a young QB into an offense that lets them grow and plays to their strength.
I honestly think the Bears have a good amount of talent, it's how they use it that blows your mind.
