Dragon didn't have the strength to save the commander of the eastern army, his home, let alone save Luffy from a gorosei now? Luffy doesn't even need help, especially if it's help from a fraud that would only hinder him in a fight. What is Dragon going to do, leave Saturn cold because of the wind? The point is that he didn't do anything about it, his father and son are determined enough to go and rescue their subordinates even though they know the risks, Dragon accepts an L for the celestial dragons and still abandons his friend. His plan must be extremely grand then, because he never did a damn thing his entire life as a revolutionary. WHAT A PLAN.

Fujitora and Smoker are both characters who've made it clear they're determined to chase/capture Luffy.

Both of them would have had a day in advanced to realize the Marines were attacking Luffy on Egghead.

If Oda goes off of their actual character motivations, then, Fuji and Smoker should show up soon.

I think Smoker and Fuji will side with Vegapunk if they show up, though.
