I find the idea of changing race of white character racist.
It feels like these people thinks other race don't have any rich culture or history , so we need to give them something.
Basically , other race can only steals things from white race and they don't have anything of their own.
i appreciate your explanation.

i agree that this sort of an attitude is ugly ('let's throw these uncultured swine some scraps off of our superior euro-culture dinner table')

but i'm looking at this from the perspective of an artist. what if i LIKE a dark-skinned little mermaid? just purely her look. should i not be allowed to draw/write/film one? i wouldn't think of it as theft or disrespect but... i'd think of it as fan fiction with my own spin on it. and as an artist i don't approve of the sort of 'they shouldn't have their fictional character look like this or that' mentality because it can sometimes limit and inhibit real artists

let's say i write a story about angels. i wouldn't know about angels if it weren't for the bible. this makes the bible the 'original source' or the text that sort of inspired me in a way. now let's say i don't call the angels michael, gabriel etc but call them droopy, salty and scruffy. because i like those names and i think it's funny and i don't believe i need to adhere to anyone else's beliefs and ideas when it comes to my own creative process

however, the sort of rigid thinking that some people her are exhibiting would dictate that i shouldn't name angels droopy, salty and scruffy because... well, because 'why change it?'

King Neptune from Little Mermaid VS Lucci from One Piece

In a hypothetical battle between King Neptune from “The Little Mermaid” and Rob Lucci from “One Piece,” it’s important to consider the abilities, strengths, and weaknesses of both characters.

King Neptune is a powerful and imposing figure in the Disney animated film “The Little Mermaid.” As the ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantica, he possesses immense strength and authority. His trident is a symbol of his power, and he has the ability to control the seas and its creatures. In addition to his physical prowess, King Neptune is depicted as a wise and just leader who cares deeply for his subjects.

On the other hand, Rob Lucci is a character from the popular anime and manga series “One Piece.” He is a former member of the secret government agency CP9 and possesses incredible physical abilities due to consuming the Cat-Cat Fruit, Model: Leopard Devil Fruit. This grants him enhanced speed, agility, and strength, making him a formidable opponent in combat. Lucci is also highly skilled in Rokushiki, a special martial arts style that allows him to perform superhuman feats.

In a direct confrontation between these two characters, it’s crucial to consider their respective environments. King Neptune’s domain is the ocean, where he holds unparalleled power. His command over sea creatures and mastery of aquatic combat would give him a significant advantage in an underwater battle. On the other hand, Rob Lucci’s agility and combat skills make him a formidable adversary on land.

Ultimately, the outcome of this hypothetical battle would depend on various factors such as the battleground, each character’s specific abilities, and their strategic approach to combat. Both King Neptune and Rob Lucci possess unique strengths that could tip the scales in their favor under different circumstances.

In conclusion, while it’s difficult to definitively determine the victor in this hypothetical matchup, it’s clear that both characters possess formidable abilities that would make for an intense and thrilling confrontation.

True!
