Kizaru was doing the Nika dance with Bonney, Kuma, Sentomaru in the flashback. Now Admiral fans are kicking him out of the CHADmirals and shit 
He's really on a different level. Kizaru is more than welcome to be the GOD's YC, now that he did the Nika Dance.

Kaido don't like getting hurt that he won't dodge or counter moves when he was that far into his fight with luffy .
The point was Snakeman with ACoC was hurting and hitting Kaido until he counter it.

Aokiji his entire backstory is about true justice - even with his so called lazy justice he describes it perfectly, “the thing called justice changes its shape depending on where you stand” meaning he can and is thinking for himself while also being a “government dog” he is moving to his own agenda and not catering to his orders. We saw this as early as his introduction casually hanging out and chatting with the strawhats, purposefully telling Luffy how to unfreeze robin allowing Luffy to challenge him so he doesn’t finish off his crew. Then furthermore not interfering in EL when he was present for them entirety of it cause he knows and understands that Robin is just a regular human who wants to live. He even when to go see her off.
He is one of the coolest designed characters in appearance and overall in general. He’s cool and laid back. He directly opposed the WG higher ups and went to bat for 10days against Akainu for position of FA it’s not something you do if you don’t plan on making actual changes to a failed system, then left and found himself again. Connecting with Teach and his crew by understanding what it actually means tbe a pirate/crew.
He’s a more fleshed out character than 98% of the verse and has shown to be a badass character overall.
