Ok,pretty good chapter.Sukuna is obviously not dying to this domain expansion,but he will get nerfed somehow.This ability sounds extremely overpowered on paper.

but they will finally get the daeth penalty with some other crime from heian era

this way sukuna's CT ( only slicing attacks ) will get confiscated i guess
which will lead us to him showing the rest of his ct

Either that (they take cleave and dismantle away) or, imo, they'll take Ten Shadows (since that one got enough shine already + confiscating it might lead to Megumi coming back, though it's a small chance)

It is good, but not that great, especially against Sukuna.

Cant do much with red colored watergun level attacks. It is better this way, instead of creating fake tension. And lightning attacks from Sukuna would have wrecked Blood type attacks.

Tbh, I am not feeling current developments, so I will give it some time.
