I think they'd so significant damage but between the Admirals, the gorosei and imu there's way to many top tiers on wg side and thats not even taking into account all the cipher Pol, holy knights, and much more man power

Also loyal countries ruled by people like king bekori bolstering their forces

The WG had both quality and Quantity so while I can give rhe alliance the benefit of the doubt maybe take down an admiral but in the end not enough strength or power to take down the world government
