Yes. I've being dreaming with it. Hopefully they can reduce One Piece episodes by half.

But there are some issues...

First of them voice acting... Current One Piece voice acting are mostly iconic... I heard already that Luffy's voice actress may retired. First Roger voice actor was perfect but he died and the new one sucks. This can be problematic for the major public of this remake it will be the old fans.

Second issue is if WIT will be capable to maintain or even get better at the iconic moments. For example Arlong Park arc walk scene since Nami was stabbing her arm until Luffy giving the hat to her and calling his crew for fight. Or for example this:


This finale for Luffy vs Crocodile is just PERFECT!

Third issue is if they would eliminate all fillers, keep em all or just some... I usually not a fan of fillers but the "turtle" friend Luffy did in Alabasta could be a good addittion(that karate stuff).
