Im guessing that robot Kuma > sentient kuma. With his consciousness removed he is able to fight at a much greater extent than what his body would normally be able to bare.

2. bonney showing to blessing/light in kuma darkness. and she been trying to save her father. she main driving force which is gonna get luffy motiavted more to save kuma and her!
3. his body is on instinct to save bonney as shown present time, not fully walking corps
