Things got a bit confusing regarding Kuma's memories when it came to the spoilers but now that the chapter is out, it is pretty much confirmed that all of Kuma's memories are gone.

The memory bubble is a copy of Kuma's original memory from his mind, when Vegapunk erased Kuma's consciousness, he pretty much also erased his memories.

And now the memory bubble is gone as well because of Bonney stepping inside of it.

When it comes to his mind, Kuma is pretty much confirmed to be dead.

Only his body remains alive now.

I looked again and yeah its gone

Why would the Admirals know, or even care? They are Marines. Have you not seen how Akainu talks to the Gorosei?
