What do you believe is the most important trait for a yonko to have?

I personally think it's Charisma

Good Charisma is what attracts people to them

Good Charisma makes people want to grow stronger for them and believe in them

Without Good Charisma they wouldn't have the man power that they have

Without Good Charisma Luffy wouldn't have ever been personally trained by Rayleigh

The Yonko are all respected by their crews not solely because they are strong but because they have good Charisma

The only exception is maybe big mom who mostly kept a tight leash on her crew via fear

Thats why Big Mom sucked as a Yonko the most. She was by far the weakest Yonko. Some may say this applies to Kaido as well which is bullshit. Unlike BM, Kaido did care for his Crew (and they were not even his own kids lol) he respected his Crew and cared for them. Kaido and Shanks are perfect Examples of what a Yonko is.
