I'm not sure if Shiki is on PK Level. Okay, the dude fought Garp and Sengoku, but i don't know.....even when Roger died, he said it was WB era, he gives a feeling that he's portrayaled below these dudes. But i think he's on the highest Yonkou level range, i'm not sure if he's stronger than Shanks, Kaido or even BM

I personally think every era has their respectives PK Level characters, my main PK Level candidates are Shanks, Mihawk, Dragon or EOS Akainu.

The big thing was the Edd war ending in a draw which is why I think Shiki must’ve been on Rogers level. Since the narrator wrote it out to be a draw I don’t see a reason to assume that’s meant to be misleading.

Imo the existence of the balance of powers has made it so individuals can’t become Pirate king level since yonko can’t risk fighting each other as they’ll either lose or become prey to another yonko immediately after.

So yeah those few (with maybe prime sengoku too but I wouldn’t be shocked if he was never at that level) are the only ones I would consider having hit PK level.

Nothing, it's obvious that the Admirals bounties are 100% based on their rank since they're all worth the same as Fraudbull.

Sengoku lacks feats and even portrayals to be compared with Roger, WB and Garp. Yeah he's along side Garp, and is the FA but i think the main problem he is the most poorly written of the OP legends.

I think we are forgetting about Rayleigh, I think it is quite plausible to assume that he is PK Level, especially when we take into account his Old version, the guy has one of the best portrayals in the series imo.
