the author later doubles down and uses the explanation of Kings powers for them and they formulate a strategy based around the info Zoro has

Luffy Nd other fought S-bear and S-hawk who were already deployed.
S-shark is the youngest and still under:whitepress: ddvelopment.

When Kizaru gets floored due to plot his stats are trash but when Saturn gets send flying and loses a limb to a single Kuma punch then it's plot and it says nothing about his stats.

Oda cares more about emotional narrative moments than actual power scaling. Kuma punching Saturn is more about Kuma's emotions being shown physically than Oda trying to state how powerful Kuma or Saturn are compared to other characters.
