Imo it is between Sanji and Big mom.
Kidd is a minor character and not a lot of people talk about him. After he was one shotted by Shanks he got ridiculed by a bit (even because of Sugoi effort) but he was soon forgotten. For the same reason he was talked about maybe a lot in Wano but almost nothing before or after it.
Dragon is almost forgotten too, he should be important for the story but since he does nothing since forever people doesn't even talk about him anymore (if not to ridicule jim for doing nothing, especially after what Kuma went through).
Mihawk gets more love than hate in the end. He doesn't even belong in this category. Should we really mention Mihawk with people like BM, Sanji and Kidd (and Dragon too to a degree)?
So Sanji or BM but I think the prize goes to Sanji because he has decades of "hate" while BM, even if more brilliant than Sanji in certain points of the story, has a way shorter career than Sanji in this field.

Before joinin WG i was not even aware of the mental illness that some Zoro worshippers have, to the point that they have to make multiple threads about them every day, or to only talk about their powerscaling in every thread.
