Yamato is completely at Kuma's mercy tbh. She's way too one dimensional and her AP, durability and endurance is too low for her style of fighting.
Same reason Law can beat her with his Awakening.
She can't deal with Kuma's teleportation and air cannon attacks. King is the better matchup and I can see why you would argue that King wins but even if we take the Akainu encounter you could argue Kuma doesn't just melt away by contact even if King hits him with the flames.

I think Lucci may actually be far more durable than Shitturn @AkainuTheGrimReaper , Lucci took multiple blows from Gear 5 and still didn’t lose a single limb.
The durability hierarchy is pretty clear, Kizaru >> Lucci >>>>>>>>>>>>> Saturn.

We played very wellI am not sure. Warlord Law surely wasn't, Warlord Croc wasn't either and what about Doffy, Moria? Seems like Weevil was low-diffed by Greenbull. Warlord Jinbe we don't know (but he is YC now). Remember that conscious Kuma (he likely had CoO at that point) had his shoulder wounded by Thriller Bark Zoro.
