So the idea that this god of freedom isn’t known in Skypeia where ancient religion was a focal point. Wasn’t rumored in Impel Down the worst prison in the world. Wasnt even mentioned through a Poneglyph.

The lore of Nika was so horribly forced into the manga that it legit feels like it’s something oda didn’t even think of till very recently.

Now Oda tries to fix this by saying that the Nika lore was only a thing among the Buccaneer race

But as you said, it's odd not having that being mentioned even once before

- Chapter begins with canons being fired on egghead
- Saturn orders Kizaru to launch an attack on egghead together, Saturn launches flaming arrows from his back that rain back down from the sky burning the island
- Kizaru launches Yasakani no Mangatama but Sanji uses ifrit jambe and kicks his barrage of beams away in extreme speed
- Franky comes running and punches Kizaru with photon gloves, Saturn comes in and pierces him from behind with his horns
- Bonney decides to stay behind and help them, she grabs a sword and wishes a "Zoro-ish future"
- She uses king of hell with that sword and cuts down Kizaru
- In a final panel Luffy is seen with the ancient robot
- End of the chapter
