In the original she says: ゾロがまだルッチの足止めをくらってて
Which literally means Zoro is still "trapped/being held" by Lucci and obviously he's holding Lucci too since Lucci's goal is to capture/kill all the Straw Hats... So the meaning doesn't change much.
