Sanji gave the last of his hopes and heart to her, and confided in her at his lowest and she ripped it out and stomped on it. And I don't mean just the 'plot' she had.

Big Mom told her to trick him and kill him -- she did not tell her to sit there and mock him while gloating. THAT was all Pudding and her personality and something like that does not change on a person in a day.

Then, when she's so called 'redeemed' she STILL shows how manipulative she is by using an underhanded tactic to steal a kiss without consent. She asked for a favor, not a kiss. That's not how that works. Showing she'll do anything still to get what she wants.

Lastly, she still relies on Big Mom despite 'seeing the light,' showing her redemption was a fail.
