Ever since Luffy was introduced as Sun God Nika, though, it's been a possibility to me, since Caribou is known to worship god.

I've also wondered about how Enel would react to Luffy being the Sun God, since Enel holds the concept of "God" in high regards. It's possible Enel would actually worship Luffy, which would be all kinds of hilarious/stupid.
