Regardless if it's new or not it's dumb as it leads those that are more skeptical questioning the logic. For example "Why doesn't Sanji just oneshot Kizalu with an love-boosted super kick? Does he not love his crew enough?" "Is there a limit love can boost power, and if there is how much one can love something before it becomes redundant?" "How can you even measure love?" I'm not saying it needs to be realistic, but even within the context of the story, this "love" thing seems to be simply another plot device that make characters as arbritarily strong as they need to be in any instance.
16 Chapter ago all out lucci wanted to kil zoro, 16 chapter after base zoro still standing. zoro hater "omg lucci the guy that is going for the kill for 16 chapter is stalling zoro".
trolling aside, i know most people think Kizaru is getting the biggest L with Saturn close 2nd for being incompetent not living up to expectations, but is it crazy to say as we approach EoS the Strawhats are just the real deal now? Kizaru and Saturn havent shown there hands yet and if this was an arc earlier then Wano SH's probably get decimated here mid diff
