Player X tracks Player A...and sees them visit Player Y...but doesn't know who else visited.

Depends on the information that was gathered

If player A watches Player B and no visits then they have zero information

However if Player A tracks player B and sees every person they visit they can question Player B about what they found out

The same can be said vice versa

Yea Watcher can be good at catching someone but Tracker is good at collecting info in general

Simply two different tools

And again Tracker, Watcher, and Bus Driver were claimed with the BD mentioning protecting the watcher. Which target seems most optimal for a kill if one was scum?
