I'm not denying that Magellan wasn't feeling those punches. I'm saying just as far we know Magellan had no haki so he took those punches just like Garp did (hakiless).

Imagine thinking Jinbe and Crocodile would run from someone without haki

If having haki is a requirement to be a vice admiral, the infinitely more important position of Impel Down Warden should require haki as well lol

Yet 0 proofs of him having haki.

Oda specifically stated all VAs had but mentioned nothing about Magellan.

His DF alone was enough to make Croco and Jinbei to run. Plus they had no business staying anyway.

Momo alone is possibly soloing Jinbei because him can't hurt Momo with Kaido DF.

i'd bet money that even Hannybal has haki

Magellan is the guy in charge of Impel Down, and an equal to Shiryu. Zero chance he doesn't have haki

it's as bad as saying Kuma doesn't have haki

I think they only let Hannibal do that because he has his back covered by Magellan, but even if that were not the case it would still be common sense to have someone with considerable strenght watch over those crazy strong criminals.

Shiki was once there. I bet no one from Impel Down workers could stop him that's why he escaped alone.
