@Etzel Andergast I've already mentioned the generic giant worm yokai several times. The only giant worm yokais come from random accounts, the only notable one being an account of a woodcutter and his son who saw a bunch of giant worms in the forest while chopping down trees, and the man's son appeased them by giving them his dried bonito fish.
So I highly doubt Oda would base any of the Gorosei on these gross but rather harmless giant worms in contrast to the Ushi-Oni and its evil compatriots which were borderline demonic, unless Oda plans to use the more monstrous worms from western lore.
The only other notable worm yokai are tiny microscopic parasites.
