Love how you glossed over the fact that the manga also showed that performance wise hand and hand they were portrayed as equals against the same enemies.
And to you anime bullshit. Based on what you are saying we also have to rule out these since these were only showed in the anime as well:
1. Sanji using black armament hardening. We have to rule this out since he only showed this in anime
2. Kaidos performance against g5. He looked better fight g5 luffy in the anime. We have to rule that out since have of the techniques shown in that fight were not shown in manga
3. Blackbeard looking better against law in the anime in comparison to the manga. We have to Also rule that out since those power quakes did not look as powerful in the manga.
4. Kidd performance against bigmom looked better in the anime with his awakening. That has to get ruled out since it was never shown in manga. We also have to rule out kidd using regular coc against fodder in wano since that was an anime only. It was confirmed in manga that he has it but he never used it in manga so there is nothing proving that he knows how to consciously use it
