Saturn made me believe Gorosei were hax/regen merchant and then Wopman came out of nowhere showing the best haki feats in the series

This makes me proud. I remember a time people were just slandering the Gorosei, now they're finally warming up to the fact that they're some of the strongest characters alive.

It's an unpopular opinion, but I do not believe Gorosei are all equal even if they tend to be portrayed in group.

As @Roo said above even Kaido said Haki reigns supreme ,so far it‘s confirmed they have brutal AdCoC and their DF hax is insane as well.
Sure we have to see the raws as well ,but exceptional DF ability +Brutal Haki makes them overall really powerful and scary

Plus according to Sandman, the only other time Jinbe reacted to haki the way he did to Mars it was Shanks:

I think they’re referring to Topmans Haki scream which affected some marines outside the island

Which impressive isn’t huge since the islands very small…

And ambient haki isn’t the best metric. If his haki/attacks don’t do any damage to Luffy then it’s below Kaidos

We’re only told Luffy is hurt when he attacks Warcury.

The way it’s worded makes it sound like Warcury didn’t attack Luffy but Luffy hurt himself on Warcury

Hype is literally portrayal. It’s what Oda wants us to believe

we adjust our scaling as time progresses, but it is fair to see so far their haki has been portrayed better than Kaido’s
