Either Oda retconned Shodai into being a Kokuto, or Venus is trying to break the world record for keeping his blade hardened the longest. His blade has been drawn as nothing but black this entire arc so far. If it’s drawn like a normal sword, I’ll take my L, but it makes sense that Oda would retcon Zoro’s potential final opponent into having a Kokuto.
I'm pretty sure it was drawn like a normal sword at one point, maybe some of the Zoro enthusiasts can assist me here

Okay so dragon having the last road poneglyph is most likely the case based on what we know
  1. Tattoo representing of him being marked by flames
  2. He has an all black ship
  3. Can seemingly control the weather so him making whirlpools doesn’t seem impossible
  4. Had ties to the marines and world government
Like idk it seems pretty obvious it’s him
:hope:

So assuming it’s him we do know one thing for sure. That being he doesn’t have it on him. With it not even being in baltigo the revolutionaries base. If dragon was to hide it somewhere where would he?

Probably the same sea he hid his son maybe even the same island he had him aka “Dawn island”
Side note I just realized the island luffy was called dawn island. Also apparently there’s a theory that shimotsuki village might even be a part of it idk tho
:sanmoji:

Back on topic this is where Nami’s dream, cartography, her navigation skills, and just her as a whole come in full clutch

With the last poneglyph being in the east blue and the crew needing to travel backwards to get to it that means it’s her time to shine. With her being able to give them the fastest route back

With elbaf being the farthest island they go to there’s a chance that they might be able to travel through the White Sea instead but idk if they’d actually use it
:memehm:

It’d be cool but I do think they should at least revisit the islands they’ve been on probably gaining allies to join them on the way back. Maybe they can figure out a way to travel back and forth between seas but idk

Either way nami mvp and the last poneglyph is in the east blue

:endthis::nikalaugh::kata:
Okay I made a theory of the last road poneglyph being in dawn island but what if during shanks’s stay he ended up finding it
:memehm:

Shanks was definitely looking for Roger’s son to give him the fruit and ended up finding the location of the poneglyph dragon took. If that’s the case shanks might already have all 4 copies to laugh tale already
  1. Potentially the one dragon hid in the east blue
  2. The one in zou he already knew of
  3. Big mom’s he stole from kid
  4. Kaido’s he stole from kid
That would mean shanks is ahead of both Blackbeard and Luffy with them both missing the final copy

Meaning shanks might technically be able to become pirate king if he wanted. At the same time I doubt he’d want that for some reason. Imo even if he were to find the one piece he’d most likely rather protect the treasure as the final obstacle in the way rather than to get the fame that comes with it

His sword basically references the legendary griffin an animal known for guarding valuable treasure. So for better or worse whether it’s luffy or Blackbeard I imagine he’d wait on the final island protecting it
Him obviously wanting it to be luffy but ready to try and stop Blackbeard if he ends up being the one beating luffy

This could also mean the reunion of shanks and buggy is closer than ever. With shanks offering out his hand to ask buggy to ally with him as equals and finally go after the one piece together. Them being on equal levels both as emperors being able to go
Shanks and buggy being the final obstacle for the strawhats to claim the one piece and make luffy pirate king

It was drawn only a single time as a normal looking sword, and that was pre-TS.

Oda didn’t even have black Hardening planned out back then, so I would not be surprised if he didn’t have black blades fully planned out either. It wouldn’t be that surprising if a retcon

This is combat situation. When the guy is not going gusting and we see his sword, that’s when we’ll tell
